181. EVE, Morality, Etc. - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
Originally by: Neddy Fox It's a GAME. Your questions are rather invalid. I play FPS. Does that make me a murderer? You're basically asking all BF players if they go out on the street in RL and shoot everyone. EVE is a MMO, where player ...

183. EVE, Morality, Etc. - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
Originally by: Tippia Has anyone actually been harmed by other EVE players, though? I would have thought such an event would be rather well-known and firmly established in the game history if it had happenedą Very slightly. Since ...

186. EVE, Morality, Etc. - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
Edited by: Space Pinata on 16/12/2010 11:38:31 So, people in EVE can be pretty immoral. Scamming, stealing, preying on others, it's all pretty common fare. Just part of the game. But that leads me to a few questions: (Hopefully, amidst t...

I like how people think 'risk' is the smart way to make money in any situation. If you're just as likely to lose as to gain, you're not in a good line of business. Not to say dangerous isk isn't better despite the risk, but... I guarantee none o...

191. Lo-Sec is broken - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
I am not a highsec carebear. I love PVP. I don't love PVP when I am trying to make isk, because PVE setups cannot fight PVP setups. So, when I run missions, even though lowsec pays better, I do them in highsec. It would take a reward increa...

Just grind standings until your -faction- standings are high enough and you can use any locater within the faction. I have 4.5ish Gallente standing, I think, and I can always find level 3 locaters somewhere within a couple jumps in their space.
